2004-05: Will look to add depth, talent and Division I experience at the point guard position for the Tigers after seeing action in eight games at Dartmouth in 2003-04.

High School: As a senior at Thomas Dale, he was voted to the Central District’s second team and All-Academic squads. He also was tabbed for honorable mention All-Tri Cities recognition. A three-year letterwinner and team captain, he was the point guard on the Thomas Dale team that won the 2000-01 Central District, Central Region and InSync tournament titles with a 24-4 record. Matt finished his high school career with 102 3-pointers (second all-time), 568 points and 200 assists. Last year, he poured in a career-high 22 points against Clover Hill, and the previous season, he had a personal best nine assists, 21 points and six steals against Meadowbook. As a senior, he averaged 12.5 ppg, connecting on 41 percent of his shots beyond the arc. He had 81 assists on the year.
