The Mission
"The
mission of the Hampden-Sydney strength and conditioning program is to
maximize the student-athletes physical potential while minimizing
athletic related injuries. This is done through training in the areas
of strength, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, and
nutrition. Ultimately, we want every student-athlete’s hard work to
translate into success on the field."
