Total Body Conditioning - (TBC)
Tuesday and Thursday- 5:30pm-6:30pm
Description- Invigorating, fast-moving and fun! This workout session is aimed to get your feet moving and your muscles pumping. Using a variety of cardio/aerobic conditioning including drills, floor routines, boxing and toning, your Aerobics instructor will lead you through a variety of training routines using free weights, tubes and mat equipment. If you need to tone your butt, abs, thighs and arms then this routine is guaranteed to make you sweat and trim your body!
CORE Challenge - Core Conditioning
Tuesday-and Thursday after TBC at 6:30-7pm
Description- Targets the “inner and outer unit” of muscles to strengthen and improve CORE stability. If you are looking to condition, strength, and gain knowledge of proper technique and recruitment of all core muscles, then join the class that targets all the muscles between the chest and the knees. The class begins and ends with stretching exercises to improve balance and flexibility.
