Commonwealth Program Interns
House of Delegates, State Capitol, Richmond, Virginia

    Spring 2002

    The following students, who comprise the second group of the new Commonwealth Program, have begun their internships in the VA House of Delegates. They are commuting to Richmond on Tuesdays and Thursdays during Spring semester 2002.

  • Caleb B. Varner '02 - working with Delegate Robert D. Orrock, Sr. - Republican, 54th District.
  • Joshua C. "Josh" Wykle '02 - working with Delegate Robert Tata - Republican, 85th District
  • Robert B. "Beale" Pope '01 - working with Senator Janet D. Howell - Democrat, 32nd District Site Supervisor: George Bishop



    Spring 2001

    These students, the very first group of the new Commonwealth Program, commuted to Richmond on Tuesdays and Thursdays during Spring semester 2001. They assisted delegates and their staff in various offices of the House of Delegates.

    This program will be offered on an annual basis during spring semesters, when the House of Delegates is in session.
